Schedule Inclusions & Offerings

  • Almost three days of actionable education, hands-on creative time, and inclusive presentations and discussions with each of our hand picked and talented contributors. We curate our team based on their experience and personality so your interactions aren't just educational but relatable, too. Our attendee to speaker ratio is 3:2, making this experience very intimate and personalized.

  •  An entire day teaching the ins and outs of floral design, styling, and tablescape curation. We will also be tackling a full tablescape design and installation as a group, which will be enjoyed during one of the retreat dinners. The curriculum in place for our floral and design day is catered to mid-level florists and designers. All materials for the hands-on sessions are provided. You are more than welcome, however, to bring your favorite tools, ribbons, supplies, etc.  

  • Three fireside chat discussions following each evening's dinner. Each chat will be led by an intentionally selected leader who will facilitate discussions inspired by the attendees. These optional and intimate evening gatherings will be come-as-you-are and a chance to further build your relationships, discuss business in a different environment, and really, fill your cup back up.

  • An optional but highly encouraged private yoga class before our farewell dinner together on Tuesday. We firmly believe business success first starts with intentional self-care, so we will have lots of margin and time within the schedule to rest your body and mind.

  • Three nights of intimate and beautiful accommodations at the boutique Hotel Walloon. Your selected ticket will determine what style of room you have, but there are options for private and shared rooms along with lakeside or cottage views. We are happy to pair up attendees if needed.
  • Light continental-style breakfast, casual lunch, and impeccable dinner provided each day you are at the retreat. Refreshments and small snacks are also provided throughout the entire workshop to you. We will always promise to fill both your appetite and heart during your time in Northern Michigan! We are happy to help accommodate anyone with food allergies or sensitivities. 
  • Exclusive access to a private Facebook group for both speakers and attendees leading up to the workshop and remaining in use long after. The group serves as a private and safe space to stay in contact with your specific Trouvaille class, request resources and guidance post event, and stay connected and up to date with the new contacts and relationships you have created.
  • Just the right amount of gifts and intentional surprises presented to you throughout your experience at Trouvaille. We believe in loving exceptionally well on our attendees from the moment you arrive to long after you leave. Our process for selecting gifts for you to enjoy and take home is one into which we pour a large amount of time and consideration. Time and time again we are told how truly special and celebrated each woman feels at Trouvaille. And we hope you have the opportunity to feel that same way.

The Investment

Your seat to Trouvaille begins at $3200.00 and depends on your preferred accommodations (shared, private, lakeside, or cottage side).

Hotel Walloon is a very small boutique hotel with only 32 rooms, and many of those will be for women who are a part of Trouvaille. To help encourage the intimate environment we want this next retreat to encompass, we decided to include accommodation costs as part of the ticket investment. This means our attendees are only responsible for getting to and from Lake Walloon. Because we believe the best relationships result from spending as much time together during the retreat, we will only offer tickets to those staying at the hotel. The closest airport to Lake Walloon is Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City (about an hour away). You can also fly into Grand Rapids International Airport, which is a 2.5 hour drive from the hotel.
